The 2nd most common form of injury for runners is due to weakness or inflexibility. It takes several weeks for the muscles to adapt to proper technique. There are also adaptions taking place in the upper body from the hips thorough the entire back. Take my word for this...you can’t rush the process! Get in the practice of incorporating good stretching habits into your workout. @ohmbientcreatingpositivelight is one of the reasons I was able to overcome a TWO YEAR debilitating shoulder injury.
