I made a pretty disappointing pasta Bolognese yesterday but fixed it tonight by baking it in the oven as a recycled lasagne - added grilled zucchini, a splash of balsamic, bechamel and a few more spices and it's now really delicious and good for at least 3 meals 😀. #balsamicvinegar
