I always used to grab a fire roasted 🌽 in the evening while returning from college. Nowadays sweet corn with variety of flavors easily available in the market, malls. But I still go back to my old habit of getting myself a whole roasted 🌽 from the uncle with thelas, or the aunty sitting by the narrow lane with her traditional Indian cooking stove made of clay filled with burning coal and that coal gives a distinctive taste. #bangaliana

So presenting ♡ /deep fried rice dumplings with coconut fillings ♡ Recipe below 👇 Ingredients - ✩ for dough - flattened rice, rice flour as Needed , pinch of salt , liquid jaggery ✩ for stuff -grated coconut , jaggery , crushed cardamom ★★First make the dough with flattened rice (water soaked) n rice flour ..add a pinch of salt nd liquid jaggery ★★dry roast coconut,jaggery and cardamom powder... stir well constantly , avoid burning ★★ Procedure - Make small balls from the prepared dough. Take one by one and Flatten using your palm then with thumb and finger make shapes as of a bowl. Stuff the coconut Give it shape Deep fry in white oil Serve with liquid jaggery or condesnsed milk #bangaliana
