愛別の田んぼにも水が張られ、苗が植えられてきました。大雪山の麓、米どころとして本格的な米農家さん達の本番が始まったという気がします。 今日は昨日までの春日和はひと休み、小雨が朝からパラパラと降っております。それでも先月のように肌寒さはありませんが、少し蒸し暑さを感じるかも知れません。 植わったばかりの苗には恵みの雨でしょうか。 は 「 ラムしゃぶサラダ 山わさび風味 定食」です。 ラム肉の薄切り肉をサッと湯通しして、柔らかな食感を残したしゃぶしゃぶサラダです。ドレッシングには山わさびをピリッと効かせたポン酢マヨネーズを。 さっぱりとした中に山わさびの風味がツンと効いていて、ご飯にもよく合います。 #bibgourmand ‼️

#bibgourmand Thai style Carbonara Idk why korean called this name In my opnion, absoultly 99% young korean like this one Noodle is crispy and chewy, ingredient is familiar to korean, and the most important thing is that it doesnt have a uncomfortable thing like a coriander Absoultly i like coriander but some korean still doesnt like it. Anyway i ate 2 bowls😆😆

Dropped by @convivialrestaurant last week for the first time in a while and boy did I leave happy!! Every morsel of food was delectable and of course I ended with their creamy key lime pie (not pictured bc the kiwi were cut ugly lol) 🤤🤤🤤 Aite, so the savory dishes included cauliflower, fried chicken sandwich, smoked fish, and boulliabaise. The seafood in that last one was perfectly blanched and paired with a nice saffron sauce. It also came with 3 different types of fish, which were all had different textures. So glad I live nearby this joint. If you've never been, come by for brunch--my favorite in the city! . . #bibgourmand
