I saw this and thought “oh my god, this is me!” - Over eating is something that I’ve grown accustomed to, I always treated myself with food, I’m stressed - eat some chocolate? Had some great news! Celebrate with cake! Exhausted and cba to cook? Get a takeaway! ALL HABITS! All breakable, all currently in the breaking process too! I am using my note app and writing exactly what I’m eating down to form a new habit around eating, it keeps me on track. I’m also eating smaller portions and snacking less! “Relying on motivation not habits” rings so true! It’s literally kicking those demons in your mind to the curb, finding healthier eating habits, filling being bored with activity and there you have it! #bodypositive
