You don't need an expensive gym membership to fit exercise in to your daily routine. . Below is an example of some body-weight exercises that you can do around the house . Push-ups – 3 x failure (or 25 reps) Bodyweight Squats – 3 x 25 reps. Bodyweight lunges – 3 x 25 reps on each leg. Bench Dips (or use the couch or a sturdy chair) – 3 x failure (or 25 reps) . and repeat.... you're welcome!! . workouts #

Here are 3 ways to strengthen your rhomboids. 1. For Beginners, Scapula push ups can be done on a wall or on the ground. Keep your arms straight and squeeze your shoulders back as if you're trying to squeeze a pencil in between your shoulder blades. 2. For intermediates, TRX shrugs are perfect as you can adjust the level of difficulty based on your foot placement. 3. For advanced lifters, add about 30-50 lbs on a cable fly machine and sit downwards until you are laying flat on the ground. Shrug backwards against resistance without raising your head off of the ground. repeat 15x. . Want to join the community?
