PISTA BARFI बर्फ़ी BARFI DI PISTACCHIO Ingredienti 100 gr di pistacchi decorticati, non salati 100 gr di zucchero 60 ml d’acqua 3-4 cucchiai di latte in polvere ½ cucchiaino di semi di cardamomo in polvere 2 cucchiaini di burro chiarificato Esecuzione Tostate brevemente i pistacchi decorticati in una padella, badando di non bruciarli, conservatene un cucchiaio a parte, tritate gli altri e insaporiteli con i semi di cardamomo. A parte, preparate uno sciroppo facendo sciogliere per otto minuti circa lo zucchero nell’acqua. In una ciotola, versate lo sciroppo di zucchero sopra ai pistacchi tritati, unite il latte in polvere, mescolate bene e trasferite il composto in una padella antiaderente, dove avrete sciolto il burro chiarificato. Mescolate il composto e lasciate addensare, quindi trasferite il tutto in un contenitore che avrete precedentemente imburrato sul fondo. Distribuite sulla superficie i pistacchi rimanenti, sbriciolati grossolanamente, lasciate raffreddare in frigo e tagliate a tocchi o losanghe, prima di servire con il té. Il barfi è un dolce tradizionale della pasticceria indiana parsi. Il suo nome deriva infatti da “barf”, che in lingua farsi significa neve. Ne esistono molte versioni a base di frutta secca, spezie o essenze aromatiche, alcune addirittura foderate di sfoglie sottilissime di metalli preziosi. Questa ricetta a base di pistacchi e cardamomo è una delle più semplici e apprezzate del subcontinente indiano. #cardamom ी

So a few weeks back I recieved a mystery ingredient pack from BBbakeries ... the challenge was to create a sweet treat using 4 specific ingredients...as well as ... I gladly accepted the challenge ... after all sweet 'treetz' is my ultimate weakness 😉😉 This is my entry for the challenge... up against for other foodies...😊 Strawberry & cardamom bread pudding topped with cardamom infused cream, almond brittle , strawberries, served on a choc ganache cream with almond crumble ... This was an absolutely delectable dessert ... I created 2 different options ... went with this ... What do you think ??? I had taken several other pictures ...unfortunately my fone crashed .. these are the few I managed to save .. Hello and happy Monday 🙌what are your plans for today? This week it’s late shift for me, so right now I’m still at home, planning my meals and checking some news. A very relaxed start into the new week 😉 Of course, there’s no way I could’ve skipped my breakfast 😁today it was a bowl of cardamom oatmeal (🌺50g oats 🌺15g wheat bran 🌺1 tbsp ground flaxseed 🌺1/2 tsp cardamom 🌺1 tbsp sweetener of choice) 🌺200ml milk 🌺200ml water) topped with banana, raspberries, pomegranate, blueberries, chocolate, pb and popped quinoa 😊 I’d like to bring this bowl to @ginaa_marie99 challenge, as the toppings were inspired by her amazing bowls 😉 Have a nice week 🤗 . . . |Werbung, da Accountnennung| #cardamom
