Duś przez 30-40 minut. Teraz szczypta soli! Voilà!🌿 ———————— easy vegan curry (for 4 people) recipe: one onion ginger 3 garlic cloves half of a big cauliflower a big handful of green beans half of a big carrot one can coconut milk one can diced tomatoes spices: curry paste, tumeric, smoked pepper, paprika Cook cauliflower and green beans al dente, fry: onion, garlic and ginger on a pan (at that moment I added curry paste, smoked pepper, paprika and tumeric) add the vegetables and pour coconut milk and tomatoes. Simmer for about 30-40 minutes. I always add salt at the end, so now add a pinch of salt. Voilà🌿 ————————— #cauliflower

Boil some ⭐ and some ⭐ ( ). Shred some ⭐ ⭐ cabbage and ⭐ carrots 🥕. . Prepare dressing - mix: ⭐ 1tsp of miso ⭐ 1tsp of tamari ⭐ 1 tsp of olive oil ⭐ 1tbs of roasted sesame seeds ⭐ Dash of cider vinegar . Patties: ⭐1 cup of boiled and mashed #cauliflower ⭐Almost full cup of fine corn flour ⭐C. 200 g of leftover fish (or canned one - I used mackerel) ⭐Some parsley, salt, pepper, lemon juice . Mix everything and form small balls, fry them on dry pan and turn when the side becomes crunchy and brownish. . Serve: layer of salad (napa cabbage and carrots), drizzle with dressing, put some rice and beans over it, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, add few patties...more dressing if you want... Take 🥢. Cuftice: ⭐1 solje kuvanog i izgnjecenog karfiola ⭐Skoro puna sulja kukuruznog brasna ⭐oko 200 g preostale ribe od nekog rucka (ili iz konzerve - ja sam koristila skusu) ⭐Malo persuna, soli, bibera, limunovog soka - sve po ukusu . Sve pomesati, napravite male loptice i pecite ih u tiganju bez ulja, okrenite ih kad porumene i budu hrskave. . Posluzite: sloj salate, preliti prelivom, stavite pasulj i pirinac, posuti crnim susamom, dodati nekoliko cuftica... Uzmite 🥢 i cop cop 😉 . D. .
