Reposted from @kruckifitness - FAT LOSS MYTH vs. FAT LOSS TRUTH by @kruckifitness - When it comes to fat loss, these are 4 myths that I often hear being talked about: - 1) SUGAR IN FRUIT WILL MAKE YOU FAT: No. Fruits are loaded with micronutreints and vitamins. Yes, fruits have sugar in them, but it's nothing to freak out over. Eat your fruits and get in your micros. Sugar in fruit won’t make you fat. Only too many calories over time does that. - 2) CARBS ARE THE DEVIL: No. Carbs are an amazing source for energy, and can be especially helpful in a fat loss phase, as carbs will be important to drive your workouts. - 3) YOU HAVE TO DROP YOUR CALORIES SEVERELY WHEN CUTTING: No. If you drop your calories too quickly, it's not gonna be sustainable for you, and it may also result in muscle loss. For a good fat loss phase, start off with a SMALL CALORIE DEFICIT. - 4) YOU SHOULD ONLY TRAIN WITH HIGH REPS WHEN CUTTING: No. When training for with either muscle gain or fat loss, training with multiple rep ranges works really well. - When it comes to fat loss, don't fall for the 4 common myths on the left. Eat your fruits, embrace the carbs, don’t drop calories too low, and don’t only train high reps. - TAG SOMEONE WHO BELIEVES IN ONE OR MORE OF THESE MYTHS! - #chestday

Chest & Arms ✨πŸ’ͺ🏼 Bench 95lbs (obviously weakest lift) Dips body weight (I use the machine right after to burnout) Triceps rope extension (to failure) Bicep curls w/ machine (low weight for the burn) Also did some dumbbell curls (half ass sets) Arms are my least favorite body part to workout so I slack it as much as i can πŸ€«πŸ˜… β€’#chestday β€’ β€’ β€’ β€’ β€’
