Zato vam baka Kaja ,danas daje recept za posne rezanceπŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸ³πŸ‘΅πŸΌ.Od njih mozete praviti: -nasuvo sa krompirom -taske sa pekmezom -rezance sa mlevenim makom i orasima -ili ih samo pomesajte sa omiljenim pekmezom i pospite uprzenim hlebnim mrvicama tj.prezlom Potrebno vam je za rezance: -300gr.brasna -150ml mlake vode -1 kafena kasikica soli -4 kafene kasikice ulja Testo umesite od navedenih sastojaka,ne sme da vam se lepi za ruke.Umotajte ga u strec -foliju i ostavite pola sata u frizideru. Izvadite ga ,na pobrasnjenoj povrsini ga tanko razvucite,oko 1-2 mm,secite na kocke,trake ili vadite nekom modlicom zeljenog oblika.Ostavite ih da se prosuse najmanje 1 sat.Ako ih punite pekmezom za Taske,odmah ih napunite ,i ostavite neka se prosuse. Za nasuvo sa krompirom,uprzite 2 glavice luka da omeksaju,4 veca krompira skuvajte,viljuskom ih izgnjecite da ima i krupnijih delova,dodajte soli , bibera i crvene mlevene paprike po ukusu.Rezance skuvajte u posoljenoj vodi.Kada isplivaju ,to vam je znak da su skuvani,cediljkom ih stavljajte u smesu od krompira.Promesajte,vodu u kojoj ste kuvali rezance ne prosipajte,nego malo sipajte u nasuvo da vam bude socno. Vodu koristite za zagrevanje filovanih rezanaca,ugrejte je i malo sipajte u njih ,vratice im se socnost a i bice vruce za ponovno uzivanje u njima. Taske skuvajte,proprzite prezlu sa malo ulja,stavite taske u nju polako promesajte i dodajte secera po ukusu.
