When a brand sells you junk. On it’s first trip out from house to office and all the print just rubs right off. What’s worse is that Vivienne Westwood customer service won’t offer a refund! I guess it’s more junk for the land full. Thank a bunch! #customerserviceproblems

Hi everyone. The last time I spoke about how to train your customers. Today I want us to look at how your customers can work for you. After your customers are trained, they now have detailed information on your products and services, so now they start to work for you. 1. Your customers work for you by recommending your products and services to other people. 2. You can also put in strategic measures whereby you deliberately give part of your job to your customers for them to do it. i. Your customers will actually feel happy doing that, because they feel like they are part of the business. Every rational consumer wants a sense of belonging, so they get delighted when they do stuff for a business that they are part of. ii. Examples are when customers fix their own internet data issues, fill their own bank documents, fix their own car, self drive a rented car, serve themselves at that fufu joint and so on. iii. These actions can be strategically positioned in the minds of the customers such that they feel so delighted doing it. 3. When your customers work for you; i. You save on sales persons, because your products and services are being recommended to other people by your customers. ii. You reduce operational cost because part of the job is being done by the customers. iii. You save time and money. Contact +233248721271 for more strategies.Have a profitable day. problems

"What does customer service mean to you?" It's one of the common job interview questions that stumps a lot of job seekers, but it shouldn't. Be honest. Don't say what you think the interviewer wants to hear – really put yourself in the customer's shoes. What's an example of excellent customer service you've received before? Think back on what made that experience memorable and what exactly the worker did to help. Your answer should also reflect the customer service skills you have. How do you answer?
