Nutrition & lifestyle first!!! Quick reminders & habits to stay fit, love yourself more & exponentially improve your training performance & eventually your life -No carbs at night or at least 3 hours before sleeping -No soda or gassed drink -No alcohol (if you are really addicted drink a glass of wine rather than beer or spirits) -Eat often but small meals (7/8 per day) -Try to be never hungry & never full so that your metabolism will always be active -Have a rich & complete breakfast making it your main meal -Stay away from fried food chips etc. -Cut down the dressings & condiments -Use natural oils instead of processed ones -If you have to eat sweets & fats do it before training or during the day & your activities do not do it before going to sleep or resting times -fats are good if consumed at the right time and as long as they are not saturated or trans fat I know for someone it mignt seems difficult or crazy but trust me it's not! We just need to make these our good habits without changing our life drastically and the outcome of feeling much better physically and mentally everyday will do the rest There is not need of dieting giving up everything we like or eating less... actually we can eat even more and better as long as we do in the clean & right way It's never too late to start loving yourself and your future Then if you wanna stand out from the crowd do like me on Friday nights & go to the gym instead of wasting your money going out to harm yourself 😁😁 . . . . . #eatclean
