To immerse yourself in joyful moments? ⁣ ⁣ Eight years ago, I was sucked deep into the “wellness” trend. 🥦⁣ Green juice.⁣ Raw food.⁣ Yoga.⁣ “Clean” eating.⁣ ⁣ For a while there, I lost my identity beyond meal prep and exercise. Food, new recipes and healthy lifestyle blogs were all-consuming! There wasn’t any mental space for other activities. On reflection, it could very much have been deemed orthorexia (obsession with healthy eating).⁣ ⁣ Believe me, this wasn’t healthy!⁣ ⁣ A gentle reminder that a healthy lifestyle should support your life, NOT be the sole purpose of your life.⁣ ⁣ Emma ❤️

Most common question I get asked is . - “How to/ what exercises to get your waist smaller?” - - Firstly, prioritise on fueling yourself with quality nutrient dense food 👌 - Incorporate more Strength/weights training over cardio! - - Train your upper body and shoulders for a wider back and who doesn’t love to train booty for those glute gains! This creates an illusion of a small waist! 😉 - It’s really not that complicated, there’s really no magic answer!!! - - Also lifting heavy is fun and empowering!
