The first thing is to lose the notion that you actually need meat in your diet, it's now a personal choice. Then think about what it is that we really crave.... The textures?, the essence of ? Yes yes When humans eat meat, its really the plants ie spices, herbs, rubs, dressings etc we crave, its the same reason we attract to fragrances oils or perfumes. We crave the flavors and the plants, not the flesh. Humans for the most part, don't enjoy flesh in its rawest form, its just not natural to us and our flat grinding teeth. without the aid of technology and cooking, its just unpalatable to us. Yes, I cook some of my plant foods, but 60% of my diet is raw, as it should be for all of us. that's just how and what are bodies are designed for.
