I can be a huge introvert. I could live in my room for weeks and not come out for anything but, food. I used to get overly attached to tv shows. Why? Because I was living life through the characters. I would always wonder why nothing interesting ever happens to me? .........It’s because I wasn’t out living my life. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ I took control and changed my life and lived as if I was in my own tv show! • I moved cross country • Got my Dream Job @buckle • Started Working Out • Learned to play guitar • Sang on stage and preformed w/ a friend. • Met My now Husband at a cafe and took risk and had fun. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ When you start to live your life and do the things you have always feared or thought you couldn’t do you actually find yourself watching less tv and living a super interesting life. You will accomplish things you only dreamed of 🙌🏻. Life is waiting for you... SO GO! live your LIFE to the FULLEST! Time is fleeting 🔥

Wow, I LOVE this 💕 The way we think about things and the internal tone we use to talk to ourselves is SO important. 👇🏾 . . I used to say incredibly mean things to myself. Sometimes I still do. But I’ve realized that a healthy mind leads to a healthier body and a happier life. Simple as that. 👏🏻 . . What’s not as simple is changing your mindset. I love him, though 🤓 . . 1️⃣ marinate a package of cubed firm tofu in organic BBQ sauce + spices for 1-3 hours. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 minutes. 2️⃣ warm up 10 small corn tortillas (they should be a bit more flexible when warm) 3️⃣ top tortillas with tofu, shredded red cabbage, quartered cherry 🍅, diced bell pepper, and 🥑 4️⃣ enjoy! 🙌🏼 . . #emotionaleating

It’s that time of year 🤧 to load up on elderberry syrup! Elderberry is a great way to support the immune system. My kiddos love the flavor of this one by @gaiaherbs but I also like to make my own using dried elderberries. I’m planning to try a batch in my Instant Pot this year! . With three kids in school we are all too familiar with the kinds of yucky germs they are exposed to and bring home. I’m always looking for ways to keep them healthy but our basics include lots of hand washing, prioritizing sleep, minimizing sugar intake, essential oils, fish oil, probiotics, and vitamin D. . How do you stay healthy during cold and flu season? Any tips for the kiddos?
