Did you read it right? YES YOU DID ! When you stop yourself from crying you are actual preventing your body from regulating itself. When you hold up your tears you end up with higher level of stress hormones circulating throughout your body. There is a reason why you feel so much better after crying. Therefore “crying is normal, crying is healthy ” and that person is not weak. It’s okay to vent out when needed. . #emotionalstress
