this was my cardio finisher from yesterday. 🔥 you will definitely feel it on your thighs & glutes! I used my x-heavy resistance band for all. 1) walk side to side with knees slightly bent & put weight on heels 2) squat with legs together then alternate tapping to the side 3) squat & alternate leg kickbacks 4 & 5) glute kickback with max focus on squeezing the glute 6) squeeze glutes throughout and slightly open thighs 7) squeeze glutes throughout and alternate kicking leg up, ab killer as well! do everything for 1 minute with 30 second rest & repeat x4 @evlsports #EVLSports

🔄Upper Body RB Circuits 🔄 True or false: You need to use heavy weight to a good workout in.......... Obviously you don’t!!! This is why resistance bands are such a useful piece of equipment. Using a 10-25 lb band you can get a full workout in while being time effective 🤙🏼 Time Under Tension is the 🔑 here!!
