De-load week. Essential, for recovery. Imperative, to go harder and heavier the following week. Not really happy with the way I set up my lift in this video. The best technique for deads to avoid injuries is to set up the bar somewhere above the middle of your foot, hinge untill you can feel your hamstrings tighten, bend your knees until you can reach the bar and pull while you drive your legs into the ground. (Keep the body under tension throughout the whole set up). #evlsports
