πŸ’ͺwanna LOSE 8 POUNDS in 2 WEEKS ??πŸ’ͺ πŸ‘†πŸ‘†Link ON BIOπŸ‘†πŸ‘† . @timoneworkout My 4 Month transformation! April 7th (98.2kg) - August 4th (84.8kg) I am so happy right now, 4 months ago I never thought this would be possible. When I think back to that time and the way I felt back then, I still cant understand how I let that happen. I have been that way for so long and I always made up excuses, tomorrow i'm gonna stop eating all this crap, the next day I would say the same thing, and the next and the next. Alot of people who are going through the same thing right now. . . . . #fat .
