Es läuft richtig gut nach meinem gebrochenen Handgelenk!!! Noch nicht komett wieder da aber 100 kg negativ ist doch mal was. Wichtig hier ist stellt jemand dahinter dem ihr vertraut! Wenn das Teil runter kommt in Richtung als bei 100 kg oder auch weniger wird übel! Robin ist zwar relativ schmal aber da weiß ich der passt auf und kann auch helfen im schlimmsten fall 💪👍👌✔️    #FitFluential

Working on my endurance and upping my mileage and today it wasn’t easy. I wanted to be outside this morning but when I stepped outside it was just a little chilly for the way I dressed for it. So to the clubhouse I went. I don’t know how I ever did 15 and 20 miles on the treadmill. 3 miles this morning.

☺ Cómo va eso GENTE? What's going on DUDES? ▪ Follow-sigue a👉 @oskarthegymjunkie ▪ 📝Hoy traigo una rutina de tres días de frecuencia 3 semanal( Lunes,Miercoles y viernes por ejemplo) donde se trabaja todo el cada uno de los tres días y en diferentes rangos de repeticiones a lo largo de la semana. Con ejercicios compuestos como base principal y luego el trabajo accesorio dependiendo de tu nivel.El trabajo de core y los gemelos no está incluido. ▪ Los ejercicios se pueden cambiar por equivalentes si tienes algun problema o dolor especifico etc etc.. ▪ 📝El RPE al lado del ejercicio es el rango de esfuerzo percibido(dejo una tabla al lado). Por ejemplo con un RPE 8 sería trabajar con una carga que nos dejase con dos repeticiones en la recamara al hacer la serie osea que al acabar las repeticiones marcadas hubiesemos podido hacer dos mas. Con un RPE 9, una más y asi. No recomiendo ir al fallo si no es puntualmente y usado estrategicamente para poder realizar por completo el entrenamiento de la manera mas eficaz y eficiente. También dependiendo de tu nivel puedes esforzarte más y trabajar más duro. Los tiempos de descanso oscilan dependiendo del ejercicio(si son rangos de repeticiones más de fuerza 3 o mas minutos y si son de hipertrofia pura desde 45 segundos hasta el minuto y medio o dos siempre dependiendo de tu nivel para completar el entreno bien. El EGO siempre fuera del gym.
