Isn’t that enough already to start including more salmon into your diet? Omega 3 fats naturally occur in oily fish such as salmon, fresh tuna, mackerel & can contribute to healthy brain function 🧠 β€’ Here are just some of the benefits of salmon: - Great source of protein - High vitamin B content which are needed for energy production, control inflammation - May improve brain function - Boosts skin health β€’ Asking clients how much fish they consume is always a question when I first start training them.
