Hallihallo da draußen 👋🏼 während ich gerade bei 24 Grad auf der Terrasse entspanne, ne Schale Blaubeeren und Banane esse und Musik höre, dachte ich, dass ich euch mal dieses leckere Essen von Dienstag zeige 😍 Meine beste Freundin und ich waren im Reisebüro und haben dann zur Feier des gebuchten Urlaubs lecker gegessen 😊 dieses Jahr gehts für uns elf Tage nach Gran Canaria 😍😍😍 heute wurde die Steuererklärung gemacht ✅ sodass ich mich morgen dann dem Mathe-Skript widmen kann. Ein bisschen Unikram muss im Urlaub dann wohl leider sein 😬 Habt alle noch einen schönen Abend und genießt das schöne Wetter, bevor es wieder kalt werden soll 🥺♥️

I used to hate breakfast and skip it often lol but now it’s my favorite. This is higher points but so good and filling!! 4 oz air fried Tator tots (6 points) topped with 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese (1 point) and scrambled eggs( 0 points). I sprinkled everything bagel seasoning on top (0 points) SO good. And tater tots in my @ninjakitchen air fryer are on point with the crisp! 🙌🏻 diary

This fresh strawberry icebox cake is a no-bake treat featuring layers of graham crackers, chocolate wafers, strawberries, and whipped cream.⠀ ⠀ Today's recipe is one you may have seen before. It's an old-fashioned Strawberry Icebox Cake (with a little bit of a twist).⠀ ⠀ As far as I can tell, icebox cakes originated in the 1920's as a way for Nabisco to promote some of their cookie wafer products. The original icebox cakes were simply cookies layered with whipped cream and allowed to stand until the cookies softened and became very much like a thin cake layer. Well, since icebox cakes are a vintage recipe you know I had to include at least one on Never Enough Thyme!⠀ ⠀ The typical Strawberry Icebox Cake recipe uses all graham crackers layered with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Yum. However, I happened to have a few Nabisco Chocolate Wafers leftover from making my Fresh Strawberry Pie with Chocolate Cookie Crust, so I thought maybe a chocolate layer among all that goodness wouldn't hurt anything.
