Tuesday was another stupid busy day ... so fasting all day makes those busy days much easier to get stuff done - no stopping to mess around with some Tupperware or micro waves or even using any metal energy to think about food..... it does make your meals so much more satisfying - my meal consisted of cheesy scrambled eggs(eggs are my "go-to"), chorizo fried with sprouts and cashew nuts and two avocados, then finished it off with some dark chocolate. After that it was to straight to sleep to do it all over again !...... - - - - #getstronger

I Spent the last days on a conference from work - to talk, to meet, to connect with each other and educate. As it’s usual to sit togheter in the evening to drink and have fun, to talk with your bosses and get a lot of social pressure, it was a big challenge to stay connected with myself, to stay true to myself and to take care that I don’t be persuaded to drink and maybe to behave like I usually won’t or don’t feel good with. That’s why I focused on meditating every morning, staying with my morning workouts and really always asking myself: do I really want to do that right now? I stayed awake long with all the others, had a lot of fun, laughed a lot and met some lovely people - but I didn’t drink - even though my boss really tried to persuade me hard, I didn’t stay till the end but stayed in peace with myself. It’s not that I would forbid myself to drink or to stay awake long and don’t workout - I’m not forcing myself to do anything. It’s just how I feel most connected with myself, how I feel most confident and best ❤️ Now I’m finally on my way home after three days. Stronger than ever. More confident than I have ever felt. More connected to my true self - totally in peace with how I am, I accted and what I did or sayed. Never would have thought that this weekend would be such a proof for me and boost my self confidence and connection with myself that much ❤️ I just want to remind you, to always be yourself ❤️ it’s the best thing you can do and the only thing to gain self confidence and become stronger 💪🏻❤️💪🏻 #getstronger

It's no secret that the squat is an excellent compound movement that will help you build a strong and muscular lower body. But there are many squat variations out there and it's probably a good idea to include some of them into your training for a well-rounded physique and overall strength. Compared to the back squat, the front squat places more emphasis on the quadriceps due to the more upright position of your torso and the increased knee flexion. At the same time, it forces you to use great core control to maintain an upright torso and to recruit your elbows to prevent the bar from falling forward. With this squat variation, you'll train your legs and your entire body in a different way than with the traditional back squat. Furthermore, performing several variations of an exercise can elicit more consistent growth as it'll help you trick the incredible adaptation machine that is your body! Front squats can help you on your way to become your strongest self ever! Ce n'est pas un secret : le squat est un excellent mouvement composé qui vous aidera à bâtir des jambes musclées et puissantes. Mais il existe de nombreuses variations de squats et il est sûrement judicieux d'en inclure quelques-unes dans vos entraînements pour obtenir un physique bien développé et pour améliorer votre force en général. Par rapport au squat traditionnel (barre sur le dos), le squat avant met une plus grande tension sur les quadriceps en raison de la position plus verticale de votre dos et du plus grand degré de flexion de vos genoux. De plus, cette variation vous force à contracter vos muscles du tronc durant tout le mouvement afin de garder le torse en position presque verticale et à recruter vos épaules pour éviter que la barre ne tombe en avant. Le squat avant vous permettra de travailler vos cuisses et votre corps tout entier d'une manière entièrement nouvelle. De plus, utiliser différentes variations d'un exercice dans vos entraînements est un excellent moyen de progresser constamment car votre corps ne peut pas s'adapter aussi vite à tant de stimuli différents. Les squats avants peuvent donc vous aider à devenir encore plus forts!
