✨ BARRITAS PROTEICAS DE CHOCOLATE Y MANÍ 🥜🍫 buen día genteeeee, feliz miércoles! Cómo va todo? hoy les traigo esta receta increíble 🙌🏼 las mejores barritas de chocolate que te puedas imaginar están acá 🖤 Yo las incluyo como snack o desayuno con algunos alimentos más. 💪🏼 Guarden la receta: (salen 5) 2 cucharadas de harina de quinoa (reemplazable por cualquier otra) 1/4 taza de salvado de avena 1/4 taza de cacao amargo en polvo 30gr. de proteína vegana @protein.project 1/4 taza de maní tostado sin sal 2 cucharadas de semillas de chia 1 cucharada de stevia líquida 1/2 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla 1/2 cucharadita de polvo de hornear pizca de sal 3/4 taza aprox. de leche vegetal, usé de avena (tienen la receta en mi libro) 1. Precalentar horno a 200 grados 2. Aceitar un molde de budín tradicional 3. Mezclar todos los ingredientes hasta formar una crema densa. 4. Dejar reposar la mezcla 5’ en la heladera 5. Acomodar en el molde de budín con ayuda de una espátula mojada con agua. 6. Hornear 35’/40’ o hasta pinchar con un palito y que este salga completamente seco.
