Yes, I work the weekends 🥴. This can definitely be challenging for getting my workouts in and not having the gym being too packed. - Personally I like going to the gym when it’s relatively empty so I don’t have to switch up my planned work out too much. ✔️ But sometimes having a pack gym gets me crazy motivated 🏋🏻‍♀️. Friends, make sure you have Activated Charcoal in your home. You're going to want it BEFORE you need it. 😷 Activated charcoal binds to toxins which is then flushed out of your . Think STOMACH FLU. 🤮 When you get the dreaded call that the kids your child was with are all puking, you get out the Activated Charcoal and give it to your ENTIRE FAMILY asap. 🙏🏻 Fortunately its tasteless and odorless so you can put it in applesauce, yogurt, peanut butter, even juice. Adults can swallow capsules. 🙌 Young kiddos: 1-2 per day Adults: 4-5+ (I take way more but use your intuition) Take for around 3 days to ensure all toxins are flushed. 💥 You’ll thank me later!❤️

This process increases nutrient value and breaks down problematic compounds to enhance their digestibility. — Go nuts and try making these at home!
