Did you know you could power up your mind by having a 5-ounce glass of red wine a day at happy hour? Guys, don't settle for one trendy diet. Don't take what you heard from one documentary or one Facebook post or one friend who read one book and apply ALL of it to your life. Use bits and pieces, do your research or even just ponder the idea of that friend taking research out of context and being able to eat cool whip instead of fruit because it's sugar-free. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ ___________________________________ Trial + error mixed with lots of research is how I've gotten to where I am now. That face didn't slim out by just cutting carbs or eating salad every day. It came because of research. My life changed because of research and getting help from a trustworthy source, my husband. I'm on a constant hunt to find what works for me in that moment of my life. It isn't about what works for everyone else. It's about what works for ME... and not even about finding the one thing that will always and forever work because my body, my mind, my thyroid function and motivation is ALWAYS changing. My husband and I have tried all different diets, trendy lifestyles, read tons of books and even gone back to school to learn more for ourselves. I'm currently working on my second and third health certifications (simultaneously) to learn more about myself and to be a better mom, wife and business owner. People always ask me what the trick is to being healthy. There's no trick. But my advice to you is to find someone that you trust to help you, do your research with them, try different things and DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU! Experiment with different diets, experiment with different types of workouts and gyms. Nothing is one size fits all, guys. Do your research, guys. Listen to credible people who have lived through tough times and figured their way out of it, who have done their research, people with experience, people with a story, people with a good track record of helping other people, people who are honest, people you can trust, people you feel comfortable with. Find those people. There are lots of those people out there. Find one to help you.

Remedio Holistic Massage

Recently, the massage school I trained at took part in a study by Professor of Immunology at the @university_of_roehampton , Fulvio D'Acquisto. The study revealed that after volunteers had an hour's massage, their white blood cell count increased by almost 70%! Although this is still early research, it indicates that massage may boost our immune systems by increasing disease-fighting lymphocytes (white blood cells). No wonder it feel so good! #healthresearch
