𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Adding a Rotation to your couch stretch will allow for you to target different angles and intensities in this stretch. Great to add in as an extra to relieve quad tension! . . . 𝐏𝐞𝐥𝐯𝐢𝐜 𝐓𝐮𝐜𝐤𝐬: When you tuck your pelvis forward in the couch stretch, this greatly increases the intensity in the stretch and will help to target the hip flexors! . . . 𝐃𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐋𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐦𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬: This is a great way to train the hamstring in its shortest position and the quads in its most stretched. (Warning- the cramps in the hamstrings are real in this one) . . . 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡: Reaching overhead will allow for a deeper stretch in the psoas and will create a longer stretch in the quads, hip and core.
