How can I become a better engineer? Swipe to see my progression 👉🏻 - For me this is a question I’m asked on a regular basis and it’s great that people are constantly looking to improve their quality of work and skills! - In my opinion the best way to become better is to simply do the job to the best of your ability every single time. Progression 💯 - These photos are from the last few years to now. I’ve always taken photos of my work so I can look at it and see where I can improve. Also so that I can see my progress along the way! I cringe looking back at some of the installs, but it’s necessary that I show you what’s possible! - It’s tough to accept at first that your work needs improving, but if you can’t be honest with yourself then you’ll never get any better. - Don’t get me wrong you’re not going to become the next @pbplumber @jw_heating or @stovesy15 overnight, it takes commitment, effort and time. But if you’re constantly learning, taking advice and are eager to become a better engineer then you won’t be as far away as you think! - There’s a lot of good people on here that will give you any help, tips and advice that you need so if you do need anything don’t hesitate to reach out to myself or any others. Just keep your eyes on the long term goal and never settle, you can become the engineer you want to become 🚀 - - - - - #HeatingEngineer
