Keto Broccoli Cheesy Bread 🍞 - 📝Full Recipe Below 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 - Tag a friend who would love this!!! 😍🙌🏻❤️👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 - Follow us! 👉🏻 @officialtylerclark Follow us! 👉🏻 @officialtylerclark - INGREDIENTS 3 c. riced broccoli 1 large egg 1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. dried oregano Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper Pinch crushed red pepper flakes (optional) 2 tsp. freshly chopped parsley - DIRECTIONS Preheat oven to 425° and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Microwave riced broccoli for 1 minute to steam. Carefully ring out extra moisture from the broccoli using paper towel or cheese cloth. Transfer broccoli to a large bowl and add egg, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and garlic. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper. Transfer dough to baking sheet and shape into a thin, round crust. Bake until golden and dried out, 20 minutes. Top with with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella and bake until cheese is melted and crust is crispy, 10 minutes more. No time to make breakfast EVERY morning? You can meal prep that too! . Make a big batch of scrambled eggs and cheese and have half of it for breakfast (I usually do 4-6 eggs at a time depending on how hungry I am). Save the other half in the fridge. Spice it up by adding pre-cooked bacon that you only need to warm up, or eat cold, because WHY NOT. . Nothing beats a fresh breakfast... but life is life, and today’s society moves fast. Though some mornings I make breakfast and find I get full halfway through, and I’ll save the other half for tomorrow, which saves me 30mins of cooking and dishes the next morning 💙 . NOTE: I wouldn’t recommend more than 2 days at a time just because of the eggs. I’m not sure if it’s safe so I can’t recommend prepping for longer.

My Saturday so far... My boys!!! 💕 Older brother giving younger brother a pep talk during his football game. ❤️❤️ They both crushed it on the field, and won! Then a quick grab of lunch at Sonic, where they too struggle with the bunless burger concept, but it was at least better than McD's version. 👍 diet
