Do you find you sometimes spend way too much time thinking about healthy eating, rather than cooking it? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ With a well executed plan of action, you can actually SAVE time and eliminate the feeling of being too busy for healthy eating. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ By planning ahead, you can save HOURS of your valuable time throughout the week and never feel like you're unprepared again. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Here are a couple of tips to get you started:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 bottle of homemade salad dressing - this can be used as dressing or marinade for meat or tofu.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1 big dip or pesto – usually protein based for easy snacking and salad topping⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Smoothie packs – a mix of greens, protein powder, fruit, chia or flaxseeds in a ziplock bag in the freezer. || SKIPPING BREAKFAST? || 🍳 With the fasting trend being at an all time high right now something we are not taking into consideration is that breakfast can be SUCH a nutrition bomb! :) While bulletproof coffee is amazing for sustaining a fast and it tastes delicious the nutrient composition compared to a veggie loaded scramble or smoothie is far less. __________ _. 🌿 My routine: I usually do a 14/16 hour fast a couple days a week with a bullet coffee in the morning and the other days I load up on a super nutritious breakfast like this one! I also LISTEN to my body. If I’m hungry I eat 😊 __________ _ It is also known that as we approach nighttime we all become slightly more insulin resistant so I always try on days when I’m IF to have dinner earlier so I can break my fast earlier as well :) __________ _. ⬇️⬇️⬇️Have you experimented with fasting before, how did it feel? #holistichealth
