Day 20 of is funky . . . . . . I did as Carmen suggested and pressed into my funky forearm, and I guess I like pressing this pose now. Tried posting the video but IG isn’t letting me post. I tried the pose from several angles and decided to take a funky one. This middle splits variation is hard for me because order to get my legs level, I have to do an external hip rotation and my legs aren’t in a middle split but rather way far out in front of me. This actually makes my legs pretty heavy and hard to balance so this really isn’t a favorite position of mine although I totally see how if you are close to middle splits, it’d be a very easy balance and a favorite. . . . .
