The swastika is considered as Lord Ganesha, and by some people, worshiped to bring in good luck or fortune. People believe that the swastika’s cross represent God and creation. They consider the four bent arms stand for the four human aims (purushartha) – righteousness (dharma), wealth (artha), love (kama), and liberation, (moksha). It is a persuasive emblem of Sanatana Dharma (the eternal truth). Swastika also represents the world wheel, where the eternal life keeps on changing from one point to another, around the fixed center, God. The swastika literally means, “It is good” or ”all is well”. The swastika mudra is a cross with arms of equal length, with the ends of each arm bent at a right angle. It is found worldwide in the art of the Egyptians, Romans, Greeks, Celts, Native Americans, and Persians. It is also related with Hinduism, Buddhism, and Jainism. Some still have charms of the symbol for good luck. And some still practice the mudra. It feels good to explore these mudras in our practice. Even if the first association with the name seems off putting, let’s remember the origin, good intension, and healing power of the symbol itself. DAY 7/7 ⭐ OPEN MYSELF TO POSSIBILITIES⭐ I always try to open myself to possibilites, trying something new, curious, discover more and exploring my body and this whole life. Life is and adventure! Just like playing a video game. And by focusing on possibilities I will have more opportunities. If I do something that I cannot do, I will learn how to do it. 😊❤ . . For the final day of this challenge, I do this twisted goddess pose, at first when I see someone doing this pose, I thought I can't do it, kinda confused on how to do this pose, but I try, and try, and I DID IT! and there is some joy and happiness when I finally able to do it ☺❤ .
