Ripropongo i biscotti con un burro di arachidi speciale✨ ▶️ @naturalfitnesspesaro . . . 🔺Ricetta 10 minuti totali ✨ INGREDIENTI 125 gr di burro di arachidi 100% 3 cucchiai di farina di avena 2 cucchiai di succo di mela 3/4 di cucchiaino di lievito per dolci vanigliato 40 gr sciroppo di riso . . 🔸PROCEDIMENTO Unire tutti gli ingredienti in una terrina Fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Formare delle piccole palline, posarle su una teglia coperta da carta da forno e schiacciare con una forchetta per fare le righe. Infornare a 170 °C per 8 MINUTI 😍 Non toccare i biscotti fino a quando non si sono raffreddati mi raccomando!! Buon appetito 🎉 ness

Blinden-Personaltraining?! Wie schon in meiner Story kurz erwähnt, habe ich gestern zum ersten mal eine schwerblinde Person trainiert. Es war keine leicht Aufgabe, aber eine super Challenge meine Coaching Skills auf eine gewisse Art und Weise zu testen. Hier musste ich mich besonders auf meine sprachliche und die taktile Fähigkeit meiner Kundin verlassen. Wie auch Lehrer und Ausbildner versuche ich als Personal Coach meinem Gegenüber Informationen mitzuteilen. Und dies versuche ich best möglich zu machen. . . . #instafitness ——-
