OMG Cheddar Biscuits * 2 cups super fine blanched almond flour * 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese * 2 teaspoons of baking powder * 2 large eggs * 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream * 3 tablespoons salted butter diced into about 30 tiny pieces * 1 teaspoon salt 1. Preheat the oven to 425 F. 2. Combine almond flour and salt in a large mixing bowl, stirring until well-mixed. 3. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir for a minute until the mixture is smooth, with the almond flour being completely incorporated. 4. Evenly distribute the mixture into 12 muffin pans. Don’t press down. 5. Bake at 425 F until the biscuits are golden brown and crispy on the outside, 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving ———— ✌🏼♥️🥓 . . . . . . life

Broke my a little early since I knew dinner would be later than usual. Fried up 2 eggs and covered with some leftover , buttery country gravy. 2 hours later, I followed that up with 2 beef patties and cheese from Wendy’s. I added a few pickles chips from the fridge then closed my feeding window for the night. Keeping my Monday on point! 🙌🏼 . life
