The final two weeks are here and we are all eagerly counting down the days until we can squeeze in our last double Hollywoods session (fasted -obvs), get measured up and strike a pose for our β€˜after’ photos before running to the nearest brunch place and EATING ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING ON THE MENU!!! This third phase and final 2 weeks of the 8 Week Challenge known as WORLD SERIES is the ULTIMATE FAT SHREDDING PHASE. Focusing on high fat and low carb to shift the remaining body fat to enhance muscle recovery and suppress appetite. The lower intake of carbohydrates will encourage fat stores to be used as an energy source. Top tip: add a bit more black coffee back into your day, a good multivitamin/greens powder and plenty of water to support your energy, push you through those workouts and suppress appetite. JUST STAY STRONG! You’re almost there! #leaner

That's my dinner for the nyt while the hubby and kids have dosa.. Inspired by my VA PHO soup of day before.. Veggies of my choice and paneer.. slow boiled in 1 glass of water.. added some lime, ginger and garlic water for flavor.. salt.. some all purpose seasoning and a bit of green chilli sauce and black pepper powder... Take it off the heat when veggies are slightly cooked so as to have a crunchy bite to the soup! . . . . . . #leaner

Start sculpting a badass upper body with just 2 pieces of equipment...β € .β € Here's a workout for you to try.β € .β € Fire up those pecs, delts, and tris and start sculpting that upper body you REALLY want...β € .β € First up there's Banded Incline Bench Presses. The bands change the exercise to make you work as hard as possible through every inch of the rep.β € .β € Then we're into Dead Stop Shoulder Presses. Harder than they look and will really fire up the front delts.β € .β € Finish in the power rack with some Close Grip Bench Presses. You can band these in a similar way to the first exercise.β € .β € After clogging up a power rack, move on to the cable machine.β € .β € Cable Flys to start. Remember to keep shoulder blades back and align the cable with your arm.β € .β € After that it's time to fry the side delts. Incline Lateral Raises will have you feeling as strong as a 9 year old girl. But they work. TRUST ME!...β € .β € 4 Sets of each exercise... 8-10 Reps...
