💕Gluten free banana bread! Recently being tossed into the world of rather unexpectedly, I have been searching to find food that I love, and be less focused on the foods I can no longer eat. . My family LOVES banana bread, which I used to make with wholewheat flour. Something I have found a bit challenging is to bake tasty gluten free foods that are healthy for me and the family, are not extremely complicated, and don't require a ton of ingredents that are difficult or expensive to keep in stock. . I'll be honest with you - I don't write a meal plan for the week and take that list to the grocery store. I would love to be that organised, but it's just not me. For me the food I make is often a reflection of what we are feeling, and what we need to nourish us at that time. But really - some days I just want banana bread 🍌🍞😂 . This one contains Buckwheat flour, something not everyone has in their cupboard. But if you like or need to have a gluten free lifestyle, I highly recommend it. . I also used oat flour (gluten free). If you have gluten free oats at home, a good food processor can turn it into flour in a couple of seconds. So you don't need to get ANOTHER bag of non-wheat flour! . I am a bit back logged with my recipe posting, but this one I will get up tomorrow 💕 . . . . . . . #liveclean
