“Shawty in the back she say she workin on her glutes” - @travisscott 😝😉🏋🏼‍♀️ The song Sicko Mode by @travisscott and @champagnepapi is definitely the perfect song to describe the working we did today!!! These squats really had me OUT LIKE A LIGHT 😓😳😴.... Marathon squats from 1-20: What you do is sets of squats starting from 1 on the first set and going all the way to 20 on your last set. Each set you start over and work your way up to 20. It totals about 210 squats!!! The kicker is, you can’t lower the weight and have to keep the squats deep!! The ladies kept the weight at 135! Me and my entire workout crew legs were on FIRE!!! This is how you BYOB (build your own butt) 🍑🍑🍑!!!! #loseinches
