When in reality you might be making amazing progress! So, what is a good rate of weight loss? Between 0.5lb-2lbs per week. Look at that again. Notice the first part. Do not gloss over the fact that 0.5 pound a week lost is amazing progress. Patience my friend. This stuff takes time. You’re not doing yourself any favors trying to speed it up.
