Feel Guilty When You Skip the Gym?⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ It’s all about your mindset.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ If you make any decision mindfully it may help you feel less guilty if you choose to do something that supports your health mentally or emotionally ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Note of your thoughts, feelings and anybody sensations. -A Radical exercise program is the only way to lose weight⁣⁣. Not true for Successful weight loss it involves making small changes that you can stick to ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ -Carbs make you put on weight⁣⁣. Eaten in the right quantities and as part of a balanced diet, carbohydrates will not, on their own lead to weight gain choose ⁣⁣ whole grain and wholemeal carbohydrates such as brown rice and wholemeal bread, and potatoes with the skins on to increase your intake of fibre ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ -Starving yourself. Crash diets can sometimes lead to longer-term weight gain this is too hard to maintain and you will be missing out on essential nutrients and your body will be low on energy and will cause you to crave high-fat and high-sugar foods. This can lead to eating those foods and more calories than you need, causing even more weight gain ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ -Cutting out all snacks help you lose weight.⁣⁣ Snacking isn’t the problem it’s the type of snack.⁣⁣ Many people need snack in-between meals to maintain energy levels, especially if they have an active lifestyle. Choose fruit or vegetables instead of crisps, chocolate and other snacks that are high in sugar, salt and fat. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ -Drinking water helps you lose weight⁣⁣. Water does not cause you to lose weight, but it does keep you hydrated and will help you snack less. Water is essential for good health and wellbeing, thirst can be mistaken for hunger – if you’re thirsty you may snack more.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ #melgibsonpersonaltraining ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

How much do you value ⁣ Your health? Your future?⁣ ⁣ We all want to enjoy life and live it to the full ⁣ ⁣ Personally, I want to be physically and mentally healthy and live as long a life as I possibly can, enjoy my family and hopefully see some grandchildren ⁣ ⁣ Did I just say, grandchildren😬⁣ But seriously yes!!⁣ ⁣ I want to reduce the impact of illness and chronic disease in my later years! exercise will tend to have improved immune and digestive functioning, better blood pressure and bone density, and a lower risk of Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, osteoporosis, and certain cancers and the list goes on⁣ ⁣ Is that not worth investing the price of a coffee per day?⁣ ⁣ I am a sucker for a coffee though 😜⁣ ⁣ #melgibsonpersonaltraining ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

HOW TO LOSE FAT⁣ ⁣ 1. Eat healither, create a calorie deficit. Find out what your current calorie intake is and reduce by 200 calories⁣ ⁣ 2. Get enough protein, 1 gram per lbs of body weight ⁣ ⁣ 3. Strength train 2-4 times per week and focus on the compound lifts like squats, deadlift, benchpress, rows ⁣ 4.
