It’s not fit tea, sweet sweat, or a waist trainer. - So..what do we say? ➡️ It’s creating a lifestyle & being consistent. — Your intake, exercise, health history, and habits all contribute to your goal. 🛑STOP🛑 Saying * “let’s wait until I’m back from vacation” * “I’ll start fresh next week!” * “Well my birthday is coming up, let’s start after that” NO. These are all ways you will get yourself in the same RUT. You have to realize this— all these events..WILL ALWAYS BE THERE.
