This week was really tough for me physically. I wasn’t feeling 100% most of the week… I even had to go to urgent care on my lunch break Wednesday. I could barely get through the two workouts that I did do in the beginning of the week -so,!you know that was tough mentally for me. I am finally feeling myself today thank God and happy to get a sweat on at the gym. T -5 days until vacation! #movenourishbelieve

Are you an emotional eater? 🍪🍫 • I used to eat when stressed or even when I was bored. It's something many of us are guilty of and something we often don't even realize or think about. • @whole30 is good for helping to put this back into balance. Since the foods that are allowed are so strict, it takes away pretty much any food that we might consider to be comfort food. The program also encourages us to be very mindful when we're eating so as to avoid turning to sweeter fruits or fruit and nut bars as comfort foods.🍌 • Tell me how you combat emotional eating! ⬇️
