Today is a very heavy hearted day. I have zero mental capacity to even cook so made lunch as quick and easy as possible. Taylor Farms avocado ranch salad, dirty rice, Aldi’s wild caught shrimp fajita kit, and some avocado. I’ll probably wind up meal prepping this for lunches next week. 540 calories, 28g protein, 22g fat, 58g carbs
