🍩HIGH Carb VS LOW Carb🥦 - I always get people that ask about the best carbs for fat loss. Before I put up a post on that I wanted to put a post on high carb and low carb options. - 🤯The thing to remember is that neither carb is really bad for you when it comes to fat loss or muscle gain. There are some better options though when it comes to performance, recover, energy, fullness etc. At the end of the day it really comes down to being in a calorie deficit or surplus. - 🍠The column on the left is higher carbs. They are more complex and some sugary. These are great for energy, recovery and even to satisfy the sweet tooth. These are great while cutting and bulking. - 🥬The column on the right is lower carbs. They tend to be a bit more fibrous and will keep you fuller longer. They also contain more micro nutrients. These are great while cutting and bulking. - #MyBodyIsAGarden

Give me all the pre workout today! I need it folks. And soup, apple sauce, vitin C, tea, and water. Nutrition is so important folks. I’m happy to report that I have not gotten sick all year 🤞🏻{accept this week 🤦🏼‍♀️} . I mean I work with countless kids and athletes so I’d say that this one week of being sick is not to bad compared to how the rest of the year has been! My point is, I work hard to live a balanced lifestyle. I don’t count every calorie and I allow treats here and there. But I do, do my best to eat well, fuel my body, and take care of it. So that I can be the best that I can be as a Coach, Professor, and Wife! 👍🏻 Today I’m reminded of how grateful I for good health!
