Homemade stain remover because babies + blueberries + breastmilk. I was a diehard baby oxyclean user until 2 days ago. There is NOTHING that gets breastmilk out of clothing except that and this: 1 part dr. bronners castile soap 2 parts hydrogen peroxide 2-4 drops Citrus Fresh or Lemon essential oil Spray on, let sit 5-10 min then rinse or throw on the wash! You get to decide which products you use on you clothes and your children’s clothes. Would you rather use essential oils or chemicals?

In my last post I spoke to our DIY dishwasher detergent and overhauling the cleaning products in our home. Well this product is what got us first started. On Guard cleaner concentrate was the catalyst to what we were looking for in finding toxic free cleaners for our home. • • Studies prove that this cleaner not only kills over 99% of surface germs but also keeps the surface clear of germs for up to three days. Every school needs this!! 🙌🏻 • • This little bottle goes far as it only takes 2 tablespoons to make a 750ml bottle of all purpose cleaner. We also use this same cleaner for our mirrors and windows. • • Each month I order two of these bad boys as we now use a this in our dishwasher for our pre-rinse, as well as for cleaning those exceptionally caked on and greasy dishes. A simple squirt to fill your sink and this concentrate makes a great dish soap. 💪🏻 • • These are 4 suggestions of many, many more of ways you can use this in your home and in turn swap out many harmful chemicals. You can thank me later. 😘 • • #naturalsolutions 💧

doTERRA Serenity Oil is the restful blend, perfect for those overwhelming or stressful days! This Oil is part of my evening diffuser routine but I also like pairing with doTERRA Balance during the day to apply topically if I’m feeling like I need a grounding reset.

Slides from dōTERRA’s Leadership retreat in San Diego today! Copaiba is one of my absolute favorite oils! Have you considered CBD oil? Read this and consider Copaiba instead! 💧How is Copaiba essential oil similar and different than marijuana?💧 Here is why Copaiba is safer and super effective! They both work on the endocannabinoid system which has: 1. CB1 receptors: mostly located in central nervous system. (Marijuana works here, not Copaiba therefore Copaiba usage has no psychotropic effect!!! Good!) CB2 receptors: -mostly located in peripheral nervous system playing critical roles in the perception of acute pain, chronic inflammatory pain, post-surgical pain, and cancer related pain -located in the immune system: cb2 receptor activation can decrease inflammation by augmenting the activity of antioxidant enzymes like superoxide dismisses and catalase -cb2 receptor activity is achieved by oregano and pink pepper also. Let’s break it down to the components: Copaiba has betacarophyllene: no CB1 interaction. Interacts with CB2 and therapeutic amounts have been established. Marijuana activated CB1 and CB2 and in most commercially available forms, is not an essential oil and there is no regulatory process to control the purity so it could be synthetically processed. The body responds differently to a synthetic versus a natural compound. Also, with marijuana, therapeutic effect dosage has not been established which can be dangerous because a certain dose of marijuana can actually potentiate the effect one is trying to minimize. Marijuana effective therapeutic diss isn’t known! Marijuana is an indirect receptor activator. Vs Copaiba is direct receptor activation with reasonable dosing that has been determined through many studies. See slide below for dosages to: Reduces inflammation Reduces pain Reduce inflammation. Copaiba is 98% sesquiterepines so it has a synergistic effect. BCP has a strong neurologic healing. Practical uses are post-stroke neurologic recovery. Tumeric and Copaiba together are great for nerve recovery. #naturalsolutions
