These blueberry muffins are delicious! The perfect breakfast, lunch or dessert option! 😍👌 I have them with Greek yogurt and it tastes too good to be healthy! They honestly are like a normal blueberry muffin and I love the creamy taste of plain Greek yogurt. So quick and easy to make. To make a batch of 3 (I simply doubled this): ■Mix 30g of blended porridge oats, 70g of vanilla Skyr, half a teaspoon of baking soda, an egg white and 25g of blueberries in a bowl. ■Add to silicone moulds and bake for 15-20mins at 180 degrees. 14g of protein 💪 #nutritiontips

We want that instant gratification. - We also tend to focus on things that aren’t as important in the beginning as lose track of what really is important. - 🛑Stop focusing on the scale. While it can help, many other things need to happen first before the scale actually moves. When it comes to weight loss, often times the scale goes up at first if you’re doing things right. YES that’s a good thing. (Hang tight) - 🛑Stop comparing yourself to other people’s results. You don’t know their situation. So many variables go into play that you do not see. The biggest one that sets people back is waiting to see how someone else does on a program. That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen because you don’t know the effort their putting in, your requirements are most likely different. Other factors such as stress, jobs, kids, workout, form, intensity, mobility, etc. Please don’t put your health off waiting on someone else’s results. - ✅Before we see visual results a few other things happen first. - ✅You should start feeling better and your energy will increase. - ✅You’ll start getting stronger in the gym, your form will get better, mobility increases etc. ✅Then you will notice your clothes fitting better and losing inches. - ✅All this usually happens before the scale moves. Don’t discount all the other progress you made because you’re focusing on the scale. - ✅It takes time. Believe in yourself and you’ll be amazed at how much more you can achieve ✨ . We all go through feelings of self-doubt, myself included ☝🏽 However, I find that when I truly believe in myself and have confidence in my own ability, my life kind of falls in to place. Here’s the thing, it doesn’t just magically happen ✨What happens is that we make better decisions and take positive confident steps because we trust ourselves enough to know that we got this . . .
