You can probably get away with leaving a few reps in the tank. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Then factor in weeks where you actively seek out failure. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How often do you take it to failure?
