Feast you eyes 👀. Superfood Goji berry fudgy brownie 😍. This sinful treat is packed with good fats,high fibre, coconut flour and antioxidant-rich cacoa powder 🙌🏻 AMEN. A desert which is light and just sweet enough to switch off the appetite. These are an indulgent delight! Dense, fudgy and moist. Crunchy on the outside, soft in the middle. You can make them into mini brownie bites, I couldn’t wait so baked them in a tin 😍🙌🏻. RECIPE: •INGREDIENTS: -176g coconut oil -60g ground almonds -200g raw cacao chocolate -80g coconut flour -2tbsp BNUTZ CACAO AND HAZLENUT -1tsp vanilla extract -1tsp vitamin C -8g raw cacao powder -150g coconut sugar -3 egg replacement (I used orgran) -100g goji berries -50g trialmix (sultanas,sunflower seeds,pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs) •Method: -Preheat the oven to 190c. Grease and line a baking try. -Add the oil and raw cacao chocolate in a pan on a low heat. Stir occasionally. Once melted, remove from the heat. Set aside. -Pour in the ground almonds into a large mixing bowl. Sift in the coconut flour, cacao powder and vitamin C. -In a separate bowl, beat together the coconut sugar, agave syrup and egg replacement with a whisk. -Pour the wet mix i to the dry mix then use a wooden spoon to gently fold the mixture together. Then pour in the chocolate, vanilla extract, goji berries and trial mix. -Simple pour the mix into the shape you would like your brownie in, sit back inhale the chocolatey fumes and relax before indulging #plantbased

@letscookvegan (@get_repost) ・・・ Gluten-free & Nut-free Red Pepper Mac & Cheez by @rawkyle 💛 Recipe:⠀ Ingredients:⠀ 1 lemon, juice only⠀ 1 can full-fat coconut milk⠀ 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt⠀ 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper⠀ 3 tablespoons tapioca flour⠀ 1/4 cup nutritional yeast⠀ 3/4 cup yellow onion, diced⠀ 4 cloves garlic, minced⠀ 1 tablespoon grape seed oil⠀ 1/2 cup red bell pepper⠀ 1 cup butternut squash⠀ 1/2 cup pasta water⠀ 16-ounces gluten free pasta⠀ ⠀ How To Make:⠀ 1. Sauté onion and garlic in grapeseed oil for approximately seven minutes, or until onions are translucent and garlic is fragrant. 2. Combine red bell pepper and butternut squash into a pot and cover with water. Boil for 10 minutes. 3. Once both are done, combine into a blender with remaining ingredients. Blend for one minute, or until smooth and creamy. Don’t be alarmed if sauce appears liquidy. 4. Transfer cheese sauce back into a pot and heat for 5-10 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. This will allow it to thicken. 5. Boil water for noodles and cook according to package instructions. Before straining, save 1/2 cup of starchy pasta water and add to cheez sauce to thin out. 6. Mix sauce with noodles. Enjoy! #plantbased
