⁣ 📝 Sunday Update - Week 8 / 17⁣ ⁣⁣ 🏋🏾‍♂️ Fitness:⁣⁣ - Squat: another week of no squatting to give the knees a break, but heavy deadlifts were programmed and I’m fine with that! 😎⁣ - Oly: felt a lot better and energized than last week! Focused mostly again on technique with snatch pulls, power snatches and power cleans. 💥⁣ - HS walks: more practice this week. Still trying to walk for longer! 🤸🏾‍♂️⁣ - PoGo: I was close to my 50 km this week! Grrr!! Community day on Saturday helped get more miles in! 🏃🏾‍♂️⁣ ⁣⁣ 🥗 Nutrition: ⁣ - Vegan/vegetarian day: really enjoying this day! Cooked with beef-less ground beef from Trader Joe’s and it was really good! Getting more familiar with more vegan/vegetarian options that fit my macros. 👌🏾⁣ - Weight: lowest I got was 170 this week! With an average of 172. Maintaining phase is over, cutting soon to keep going down! 📉⁣ ⁣⁣ 📊 Summary: Took it easy this week and I’m ready for a break from training this coming week. I will go more to classes and find time to stretch and relax. 💫⁣ ⁣ 💪🏾⁣ .⁣ .⁣ .⁣ .⁣ #PowerUp 💥☝🏾
