Follow us for two weekly recipe videos! CHOCO PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES For the cookies: 1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup cocoa powder 3/4 cup Coco Sugar® 1/4 tsp salt 113 gr cold margarine 1/8 cup cold milk For peanut butter: 100 gr cashew, lightly roasted 70 gr walnut, lightly roasted 1/4 cup coconut oil 1/4 cup Coco Sugar® 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Choco chips STEPS: 1. In a food processor, or by whisker, mix together flour, cocoa powder and 2/3 cup Coco Sugar®. 2. Add in the cold margarine, and mix well until it forms a crumb. Then, slowly pour the cold milk and add salt. Mix well (knead) into a dough. 3. Chill the cookie dough for about 1 hour. 4. Meanwhile, make the peanut butter: blend together all the ingredient of peanut butter, until it forms a jam-like texture. Transfer the peanut butter into a pipping bag and set aside. 5. Preheat the oven at 386°F (about 197°C). 6. Take about 20 gr of the cookie dough, and shape into a ball. Repeat until all the dough are shaped. Then, take a measuring spoon, and push gently right in the center to create a crater. Fill with choco chips. 7. Bake the the cookies at 386°F (about 197°C) for about 12 - 15 minutes. 8. Let the baked cookies chill, then fill the crater with peanut butter. #qualityfood
