Quick quinoa burger! 😍💪🏼⠀ .⠀ . ⠀ Via @feelgoodfoodie⠀ Follow @f.o.o.d.l.o.v.e.s for more amazing recipes 👌⠀ .⠀ INGREDIENTS⠀ 1/4 cup uncooked quinoa⠀ 2/3 cup water⠀ 1 15 oz can black beans rinsed and drained⠀ 3 oz tomato paste⠀ 1 teaspoon paprika⠀ 1 teaspoon onion powder⠀ 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder⠀ 1/2 teaspoon oregano⠀ 1/2 teaspoon salt⠀ 1/2 teaspoon pepper⠀ 1/3 cup breadcrumbs⠀ 1 tablespoon olive oil⠀ Burger buns and toppings of choice⠀ . ⠀ . ⠀ INSTRUCTIONS⠀ In a small pot, cook the quinoa with water and add salt to taste. Bring a boil, cover and simmer for 14 minutes. Uncover and fluff with a fork.⠀ In a large bowl, add the rinsed black beans and mash the bean fully with a fork or potato masher. Add the cooked quinoa to the black beans, then add the tomato paste, all the seasoning and the breadcrumbs. BOLO DE QUINOA COM CACAU - cremoso, gostoso e nutritivo! 🧁. Sério, façam!! 😍 . • 2 xícaras (240ml) de quinoa cozida •1/3 xícara (80 ml)de leite de amêndoas (Ou de sua preferência ) •4 ovos; •1 colher de café de essência de baunilha •3 colheres de sopa cheia de eritritol (ou seu adoçante de preferência) •1 colher de sopa bem cheia de cacau em pó 100% sem açúcar. •1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó; • 1 pitada de sal. . . . . Antes de começar, pré-aqueça o forno a 220°C. Unte a forma com manteiga (usei uma forma de 24 cm de diâmetro). 📌Em um liquidificador, bata os ovos, o leite de amêndoas e a baunilha, adicione a quinoa cozida e fria até ficar completamente cremoso (2 minutos). 📌Acrescente o fermento e incorpore devagar. Leve ao forno por 25 minutos ou até o garfo sair limpo. . . . DICA: Faça uma calda de cacau bem gostosa e jogue por cima! Ele gelado fica uma delicia! Caso goste, acrescente especiarias como canela e cravo! Fica incrível! . . . It's MLK Day and I'm home doing all the things I didn't do yesterday (think : laundry, vacuuming, meal prepping, etc). • I made some extra quinoa and had some marinated tofu sitting in the fridge. So I decided to whip up some tofu and vegetable quinoa fried rice. Protip: always keep a bag of frozen mixed vegetables, soy sauce, and sriracha or chili garlic paste on hand. Fried rice is so easy to make with rice, quinoa, or riced cauliflower. • The Tofu: Type - Extra Firm from @traderjoes (they have the best and it's the cheapest there). The Marinade: ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and oil (I used avocado). I first lightly sautéed the tofu, added the quinoa, and the mixed vegetables that I had zapped in the microwave. Add a splash of soy sauce, a squeeze of sriracha, salt, pepper. Combine well. This refrigerates really well so you could make a big batch and eat it over a couple days. • #quinoarecipes
