I’m not a believer in New Year’s Resolutions, I feel they set ppl up for unrealistic goals. I’m more of a right here, right now believer. Whatever works for you, but I’m just curious what some of your goals are for next year. Doesn’t have to be book related, but if it is heyyy 😜 I’m not planning on setting a book goal for the new year, but I definitely want to track the books I finish. Also, I’d like to include titles from authors, classics and books for 2019. 🌟 #reading

Mental Stress!!! Can be described as how we perceive any given situation that may arise,,, Is it a threat that can harm/kill us, or is it a challenge that can be overcome? Viewing events as challenges instead of threats can be valuable, as it immediately alters the body’s stress response. A prolonged stress response will be harmful to the digestive tract which in turn, can lead to a variety of autoimmune diseases. Learning to breathe correctly is a highly effective tool in coping with stress. Once we are able to breathe properly, we are able to identify the thinking that was generating the stress and then find another perspective on the situation. Breathing patterns become reversed in 99% of us very early on in life, this less than optimal breathing pattern contributes to added stress levels in the body. Come in for a free Lifestyle Interview and Introduction to Functional Movement. Included is a breathing assessment which will immediately give you the ability to manage stress more effectively. 💯☀️🌱❤️ #reading
