@teoiiivii is one of the most genuine and honest people I know. If you do not have the privilege of seeing him speak in San Antonio or nearby, give him a follow and check him out! Through our friendship and my own experience, he will put you on the spot in a positive way to self-reflect and be honest with yourself, no matter what you are currently going through in life. He is just only hitting the tip of the iceberg with what he is doing and the people he is impacting. I know it will cascade into something even greater, in hoping the people he is affecting will start to pay it forward. Keep it up man. Show him some love! I’ve lived with a variety of challenges throughout my life, and I have to say, I think these challenges made me a stronger person. Mentally and physically. Throughout all of them, the one thing I’ve learned the most is that you cannot allow your challenges to stop you from achieving the best life you possibly can obtain. This goes beyond fitness and nutrition. Challenging your mind through education and self-education, challenging your body with exercise and obstacle courses, challenging your spirit with situations you never experienced before. Everything you’ve done, everything you believe in has brought you to this point in life - successes, failures, setbacks, triumphs, and tribulations.
Question is - where do you go from here? If you’re happy with your life the way it is and it doesn’t need to change, then more power to you! You’re one of the few individuals who are content with “the way things are”. And that’s fine. But if you feel that your life can improve, even the smallest amount, or that you want to feel better, or take that one baby step of progress towards a goal, or even taking a chance to complete that bucket list item, then I believe what I’m doing right now can make a difference in your life, no matter how small or great. Please don’t allow yourself to be defined by a challenge, a person, or a situation. Define yourself. Define your own life. Define your own goals. Be in the driver seat of your own life. There’s a phrase in life that says, “if you want something badly enough in life, you’ll find a way to make it happen. Or, you’ll find an excuse.” Excuses are no different than living with “what if”. Choose “what next”, and see for yourself the possibilities that are ahead of you. The choice is up to you. @beachbodyperformance @beachbodychallenge @tbbcoach411 @joelfreemanfitness @breannefreeman @yamiliciousfit @tonyxpressfit @Shakeology @nettieprentice #resilience @tbbcoach411 @tbbcoach411uk @tough_mudder @spartan @terrainracing

Tomorrow does not have to be a blind memorialization of colonial genocide. Practice an unhurried land acknowledgement at the table. Donate a part of the money you might be spending on your meal to Native organizations and causes. Pray. Cry. Recall. Listen. Preach. Call out to the gods. #resilience
